12/15/2009: ToolBank  USA is very pleased to announce the founding of its very first affiliate outside of Atlanta: the Charlotte Community ToolBank.  On December 10, the Charlotte Formation Team officially became a Board of Directors and is moving toward an Opening Day in mid-2010.  Return to this page often to see new developments of the Charlotte Community ToolBank as they bring Tools For Change to Charlotte, NC!  For the full press release, click here.
