Free For All Guidelines 1.  The Tool Request Form must be received by ToolBank staff at least two days prior to your scheduled/desired tool pickup. 2.  The borrowing agency is fully responsible for all borrowed tools.  ToolBank staff may ask for a deposit check from new member agencies. 3.  The borrowing period is 14 days.  Standard handling fees will apply to any tools unreturned after 14 days. 4.  Unsure about the status of your agency's ToolBank Membership?  Contact Program Manager Wade Medlock at (404) 880-0054 x11 for information on membership.
