ToolBank USA today announced its newly elected officers for 2012. The board and its officers are the guiding strategic force behind the governance and development of ToolBank USA, which enhances the efficiency and success of nonprofit organizations by loaning from massive inventories of highâquality tools to increase the impact of community service projects. The 2012 officers are: President: Nick Costides, Vice President, Information Services with UPS Vice President: Timothy Perra, Director of Global Communications with Stanley Black & Decker Treasurer: Dan Webber, Chief Information Officer of Prime Holdings BV Secretary: Regenia Sanders, Management Consultant with Accenture “I’m thrilled that we have a wealth of experience from which to build our leadership team,” said ToolBank USA CEO Mark Brodbeck. “Nick has been a valued advisor to me since we launched ToolBank USA and has shown unparalleled dedication to the development of our national network. He will be complimented by several of the brightest business leaders I’ve had the pleasure to work with.” Outgoing board president Corky Martin of The Home Depot will remain on the board to serve as immediate past president. ToolBank USA also recognized retiring longtime director Adria Perez of Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton LLP for her six years of service on the boards of ToolBank USA and the Atlanta Community ToolBank. Perez will continue to serve ToolBank USA as a member of the Advisory Council. “I’m honored to continue as a member of the executive leadership team at a time of exponential growth for ToolBank USA,” said Costides, a ToolBank USA director since its founding in 2008. “As we build out the affiliate network alongside local leaders throughout the country, it will be imperative that we maintain a blueprint for sustaining the quality of the brand and level of service to our affiliate ToolBanks and their volunteers.
