ToolBank USA's board of directors unanimously elected its leadership slate at its first board meeting of 2010.

November 2, 2009 -  ToolBank USA is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Lynch as Director of Development.  Lynch brings a wealth of experience in philanthropy, including leadership in the areas of earned income, corporate partnerships, and foundation support.

October 26, 2009 - ToolBank USA received a $135,000 from The UPS Foundation, the charitable arm of UPS. The grant will be used to build a technology platform designed for deployment at ToolBank USA affiliate locations as they are established across the country.

June 15, 2009 -  Stanley Tools donated $100,000 to support ToolBank USA's efforts to establish ToolBanks in three additional cities.
